House offer!

Just a quick update to let everyone know that we put in an offer on that house yesterday! We actually did it on our lunch break - our Realtor called and said that she was able to get in touch with the seller's agent, and found out that it IS still available, that it doesn't have any bids at the moment (it had one previously, but it fell through
