Well, we heard back from the sellers today! They did a counter-counter-counter offer, and we accepted! We still have to sign the contract (all of the counter offers were verbal only), so technically it's not official yet, but we're still really excited

I drove by your house again yesterday. I can't believe how close it is to Evan's house, also how close to the school. I guess your kids'll be Tomahawk Tigers!
