This morning has not gone well.  Just got into a car accident a few minutes before I arrived at work.

Got off freeway and began to head towards work. Stopped behind a car at a red light.  Glanced over at the lane next to me and suddenly, WHAM! The impact was strong enough to throw my car into the car ahead of me. It flung me forward, then slammed
