There's this guy I know walks around with some sort of glowy red stick a lot. Well I think he's been getting into some sort of Cult or something. He's started to wear a lot of black and a big shiny helmet. He's none too fit either he's always breathing heavily.

Any ways I want to help him but I need some advice....

He carry big glowy red stick? Jojo think he obviously compensating for something (Jojo can also fix that. He have whole stock of tiger parts. Very potent! Recommend).
Finally, why he breathe heavily, huh? Is because he thinking of perv ideas! Bad man! (Though Jojo is still more than happy to sell him tiger parts).

Jojo say you keep should man away from bath house. Take to local red lantern district instead. He can wave red stick around, find someone and satisfy “urges.”
