Bloody...hell! That woman...if she could be called that...always ALWAYS kept doing things on her own. Chaos was one thing. Kaitou Kid rwas chaos incarnate. This is entirely different. Turning people into animals and healing them without permission and he really hoped he didn't have to pay for this newest thing even though it wasn't his wish to be a ( Read more... )

Hakuba was never much fond of Gods, certainly some of them like Apolo, Athena or Pele were tolerable and nice, but Eris was make him hate them. When Doyle informed him about the strange dog than escaped out from Heiji's house and he saw the video it wasn't very hard for him to figure who was the dog. And now he was on Osaka again, trying to find Heiji with Doyle's help and the communicator satellites.

Heiji found himself spending a good embarrassing twenty minutes chasing a cat through the backstreets of Osaka back into the suburban neighborhoods before he finally came back to himself, the cat safe inside a tree. Heiji growled at the damn thing and cursed his own almost overpowering instincts. eris didn't leave anything out, did she?

He was getting hungry now, and tired of running around, but at least now he knew where he was. That skyline was unmistakeable, even in dogsight. Heaving a sigh, he padded down the road towards a familiar shrine he used to go to when he was young, curling up by the wall just out of sight of people.

He had to have dozed off because the sun had moved in the sky by the time he caught the scent. Lifting his head, he sniffed the air. He knew that scent, just barely, though the last time he smelled it it wasn't nearly this strong. What was he doing in Osaka?

Hakuba was cursing under his breath. Thanks to a receptor Doyle was informing him the position of Heiji every moment, but god knows why the boy -dog, well- started to run after a cat and Hakuba lost his track again. The A.I was very helpful though, and it managed to caught a glimpse of the dog running inside a shrine. With the satellites he couldn't see what part of the building Heiji was, so Hakuba had to look around the whole shrine to find him.

If Heiji knew Hakuba at all, the other detective wasn't going to leave until he found him. So why fight it? The scent right now was safe and familiar, and he could at least bite Hakuba if the teen so much as dared to make fun of him right now.

Getting up, he shook himself off, well aware of how dirty he was, and barked, following the scent to meet up with Hakuba.
