The HotA test gets me 5 credits in one area that I don't need them, but CWGaP would get me those 5 credits in a different area where I DO need them and the classes suck a lot.
When the class of 06 did it (I think they followed the same format?), we did it backwards.
I just remember that the SL material we learned senior year and the HL material was junior year. So maybe that's why you're confused? History of americas I believe is the HL and the other one was SL.
IB Americas is definitely SL because I transferred out of the government class senior year because of my wangstfest and still had SL credit. Not that anywhere I'm looking WANTS to take it :P
You took the International Baccaulareate Histroy of the Americas Higher Level Examination.
In your junior year year you probably took either nothing or an AP US History test.
Basically you learned the majority of the content for your senior year test in your junior year, and that's why IHS called junior year IB Americas and senior year contemporary world. In contemporary world you learned the small amount of cold war history that was on the IB test that was not covered in your Junior year, as well as a bunch of other unrelated stuff b/c it was required that you learn about government by the BSD.
That was confusing. This is simple:
History of Americas = IB's name for the whole 2-year sequence
IB Americas = IHS's name for junior year. Contemporary World/Government/Whatever = IHS's name for senior year.
I just don't get it, because there actually is an exam for it, and I swear that's what we were taking. Besides, we were only taught Americas junior year. Other than Rodriguez's AP crap, senior year was supposed to be Gov.

It almost looks like they switched them.
And (D) is too possible.
