Mai-Hime: clean slate! Otome: ep.1!

I finished watching Mai-Hime two days ago. So, how was it? Well, I ended up watching the last 10 or so episodes in one day, so you can certainly say that they had me by the balls. The series starts off in a standard enough format, but its enough to keep you interested. The anime follows the story of a university student named Mai Tokiha. She is

I have yet to see the second season (didn't even know it was out, but then I rarely get the chance to watch anime any more...) but I went crazy over the first season. Like seriously, I was hooked from the first episode. I loved the angst, although it was such a cop-out when they just brought everyone back, but hey, happy ending. I dunno if I want to watch the second season though. We'll see.

I'll give the verdict on Otome when I finish it, so I'll let you know if I think it's worth your time. =P I did really love HiME, but like I said, I was so disappointed with how everything just tied up way, way too nicely after all the passion and angst that flowed like a river up until then.

And as for how I'm doing...well, I'll probably do my next post about that. XD';; Good to hear from ya!
