Day one

Today is moving pretty slow. I had oatmeal for breakfast and I brought some fruit to work with me. I'm still waiting to recover my energy. For lunch I ate out with a co-worker and had cucumber salad and broccoli casserole. I'm sure I was cheating with the broccoli casserole, lol. What made you decide on a vegan diet?

Fish is actually very good for you. I wish that I actually liked it, but I don't ^^; And instead of fat free dressing maybe try a little olive oil and vinegar with a little seasoning. I don't know if you like that but it's pretty good, and really bad for you.

You're doing good so far. ^_^

That's supposed to say "not really bad for you." Supposidly olive oil itsef isn't bad for you, it's over cooking it that ruins it.

^_^; I've been trying to improve my diet for a while now and have read a bit about it. I hope my babble is slightly use to you. If you read anything, or find any useful tips I'm always looking for some good ideas.

I think it's easier to eat healthy when you have someone to share ideas with, and to help you stay focused. ^^
