Today is moving pretty slow. I had oatmeal for breakfast and I brought some fruit to work with me. I'm still waiting to recover my energy. Fish is actually very good for you. I wish that I actually liked it, but I don't ^^; And instead of fat free dressing maybe try a little olive oil and vinegar with a little seasoning. I don't know if you like that but it's pretty good, and really bad for you.

That's supposed to say "not really bad for you." Supposidly olive oil itsef isn't bad for you, it's over cooking it that ruins it.
^_^; I've been trying to improve my diet for a while now and have read a bit about it. I hope my babble is slightly use to you. If you read anything, or find any useful tips I'm always looking for some good ideas.
I think it's easier to eat healthy when you have someone to share ideas with, and to help you stay focused. ^^
