Day 3

I woke up feeling so good and energized this morning. I'm sure it will probably taper off during the day, but for now I have a natural buzz that I'm enjoying. For breakfast I'm having dry honey nut cheerios and I have an apple on hand for a snack until lunchtime.

I have a book for vegitarian cooking that has oil-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free recipies in it, and a meal plan. It's called eating for strength A vegitarian Cookbook by Agatha Thrash, M.D.. I don't know if it's in print, but you might want to check it out. If it's not in print you might find it at your library, or be able to get a used copy. I wouldn't strictly go by that book, but it has some good recipies and tips on eating healthy. If I can I'll try to find out the doctors name that was on Oprah, he has/had a show on discovery health, but we don't get that channel. xP He had some good tips on healthy eating.
