Holy crap apartments are expensive in London... To get a ROOM in the West End it seems to be a minimum of 1200/month (CDN$) Why the hell am I going there for a month and a half again? I made perogies today too!
Not that many though...
I make a ton of filling n stuff, yet I still only end up with like 8 or 9 dozen...
Either way.

The recipe baba gives is for one 'batch' and a batch is for 8 or 9 dozen. So basically, you've got to triple the recipe. (I didn't learn this until yesterday) The easiest way to do it is to make separate batches of dough, then it doesn't get tough when you roll it out.

Yeah that's sort of what I figured.
Maybe I'll try it again in a couple weeks with some more people around to help.
Then there will be perogies for ALL instead of just for some.

April 2nd to 7th.

Going to Evil Dead the Musical on the 2nd, and likely Hamilton on the 3rd, and Stratford sometime for a daytrip, but the rest of the time will be Toronto meanderings.
