Today marked my first trip to the YMCA, for which I received a membership for the other day (thanks Baba). Thanks to previous coaching from Scott, and the Physical Training class I'm in right now for school, I can actually figure out a decent amount of stuff to do at the gym and be somewhat confident that I'm doing it properly. Hoooray! As well
