I love how you built complex and believable motivations here! I enjoyed seeing the characters' intentions twisted and manipulated. And it's always good to see Voldemort being capable and interesting--you gave him depth that canon ended up lacking. And the last line made me shiver. :)

I want to read every volume of your "revisionist" Death Eater history. None of your characters is ever flat or 'thrown away' - everyone is alive and kicking. Loving your characters as much as I do, it's hard to let anyone else, even JKR, tell their stories.

Heh, I was a bit stumped by the request and went back to my earliest Evan Rosier of 'Rodents' for characterisation. So it *was* based on my revisionist DE history :). Glad it worked for you, although tbh, the characters kind of develop themselves without me having to think about it :).
