Recipe Wednesday

With my track record, this is more like "Every Other Wednesday Recipe" but here's my addition for this week.  Its usually best to eat in the spring and/or summer cause its fairly light but wicked good!  A couple of notes, be careful not to over-reduce the balsamic vinegar because it can get bitter and when serving, drizzle it lightly over the pasta ( Read more... )
