Character’s Name: Leon Scott Kennedy
Character’s Fandom: Resident Evil 2 / 4 (Aka Biohazard)
Character’s Personality: Predisposed to have a strong sense of his own moral code, Leon sticks to a code of ethics that has been honed by extenuating circumstances. Naive at times and sober in others, he's what you'd consider a nice guy-- unless you really don't see eye to eye. Regards discipline and professionality an essential component of his demeanor. Could be considered a strong candidate for White-Knight syndrome.

Character’s Background: A former rookie police officer faced with the task of surviving an outbreak of zombies on his first day on the job. Leon's talents didn't go unnoticed by the agents who retrieved him, Sherry, And Claire Redfield after their escape from the city. In exchange for his services the government guaranteed Sherry's safety from Umbrella and those who would do harm to her. Six years after he was sent to retrieve the kidnapped daughter of President Graham, Ashley Graham. Subsequently is greatly responsible, with the help of a certain asian spy, for disposing of the threat of parasitic control that was involved with Ashley's capture before their efforts could come to fruition.

Sample RP Log:
Most people wondered what motivated him, mainly because he'd never elaborate. He couldn't elaborate, only a few would understand... and as such, the best guise was one where hints weren't given one way or another as to reasoning. And so people, their initial curiosities unanswered, found other things to preoccupy their time. It was a human tendency, and Leon rather preferred being in the presence of humans than of other... humanoid sort of individuals. What did motivate him was a desire to set right the many wrongs made when Raccoon had been subjected to negligent scientific experiments made by Umbrella Corp. That was what it was on the outside, but even war veterans weren't privy to such privilege. Upon closer inspection it was something deeper, something that lingered under the surface of horror and survival. Now it encompassed a larger spectrum of people and power. Umbrella was gone, anti-climactically, removed and shattered by the powers that be.

When he thought about it, which he did a lot, it had never really been just about Umbrella Corp. It was about how it affected the humans and how this science had changed what it meant to be human. In other words, if humans could manipulate science to this degree, the nature of reactions was to create an opposing force that equaled the consequences of said science. Leon, however, wasn't interested in making the laws or monitoring them. He'd always been interested in the reinforcement and interpretation of the laws, which was what brought him to where he currently was today.

As shattered as Umbrella had been, the core of the problem was never eradicated. Instead of destroying what was important, which was the ethos of the company, they'd only made it easier to do what they did best. Clandestine research through concealed sources. Realistically speaking, , Leon knew he couldn't destroy an idea, just as much as they couldn't change how he felt about what had happened to all those people in Raccoon. But he could do what was necessary to make sure they were kept in check, whoever they might be.

And some days, he just wanted to forget what happened, motivations, companies and experimentation. The difficult physical training he had to endure gave him a wonderful respite from his inner thoughts. In addition, an innocuous email sent to him about fifteen minutes ago about a mission for him to see to personally also caught his attention. Within was the prospect of travel to Europe and maybe enjoying a bit of the countryside as well as getting paid to complete a mission. Something that hadn't been filtered to the media-- the kidnapping of President Graham's daughter. Not his area of expertise, but it proved interesting...

Sample Journal:
Evidently this isn't quite what I'd expected.
Cloudy skies and empty streets, maybe it's just my paranoia getting to me.
Something doesn't seem right about this place, though.
Gut instincts are always best followed.
So, where'd everybody go? Bingo?

Your Sin: Wrath and pride. He has a tendency to want to set right wrongs done against people, but who is it to say what's wrong or right for everyone. Pride to think that he would be able to exert authority over others.

If you dislike or like, or feel something's in error, please let me know in this post. Complaining for the sake of complaining won't be tolerated. Complaining with suggestions for improvement (specific, not vague or 'presumed') will be appreciated.

Thanks.
