I love this KT song, which I only stumbled across when I put my media player on shuffle the other week, otherwise I may never have found it. It makes me feel really peaceful and relaxed, once again, I love it. I want to stumble across more songs that affect me in a similar way - I have plenty of Radiohead that I have never listened to, so maybe I' ( Read more... )

have a go with fake plastic trees if you have it. Every time I randomly hear that song it makes me feel all nice and relaxed.

Still haven't bought my ticket for Guillemots. Nor do I know if I'm going to have time when I get back. I'll see what mood I'm in.

Listening to 'Everything In Its Right Place' from Kid A is perfect for when you're feeling so bored it's almost euphoric.

It was closed when we got there and I haven't had the presence of mind to go buy tickets since. I might get one on the door if I feel like going.

I wanted to go to the Guillemots gig and see what it was like cause I only know a couple of tracks but I'm away this week so no can do. Hopefully I will discover some more great bands while I'm away tho!

Recommend the Crimea, Baby Boom, fantastic song been around ages and not enough people know about, just what you need to sit back a relax in the sun with a cold beer. Nerina Pallet 'Mr King' is a good new song I've just discovered too, came on on shuffle as I was typing this comment

Was thinking we should all go to a pub or someones house to meet beforehand to catch up and have a drink.

Check out 'Gagging Order' and 'Fog (Again)' by Radiohead off their Com Lag album - tis some of the most peaceful relaxing songs I know.

Hey George I didn't realise you were on LJ until...now, so I'm going to add you. Ha!

I don't mind people coming over to my house beforehand and then getting the 25 to the city together. Let me know.

I don't have the Com Lag album but I do have Gagging Order and love it immensely. I might have to pike a copy from you if the rest of the album is just as good.
