and actually if you go over your credit limit they shut your phone off before you make your next call. Following being shut off if you try and make a call they explain what happened to you. They then give you instructions to a)pay with a credit card over the phone or b)go online and pay the bill...

It's a hastle to always check and pay my bill online. Second the coverage in indy can be spotty at times. I am not talking about bad cameras in their phones, I am saying they sell that the great thing about sprint is the picture/video capabilities of their phone/web - which is no longer a feature. That's like saying my car comes with door locks, and that's a feature.
Some of the problems could be solved if I bought a new phone. but there is no way in hell I am reupping that contract.

If you're too lazy to go online and check your bill status then you have no right to complain about having your service turned off. Online bill pay was created as a feature to help people avoid having to wait for their paper bill.
Also, all of their new plans come with their new, "$5 for every 100 minutes you go over your regular plan," feature... this helps with going over the credit limit quite a bit considering you're probably paying $0.48 a minute for each minute over your plan.
Sprint has a lot of phones with a lot of other features. By saying I don't want a camera phone I meant I had no experience with any of their more high-tech phones, because its not important to me.

Yes, but you have to renew your contract to get that $5 per 100 minutes - If I didn't have to re-up I would do it. Additionally I don't pay my bill, so checking online wouldn't do shit.

You can check online to see how many minutes you've used... and thus avoid going over your monthly credit limit. I'm sure your parents would appreciate not having to pay your $100 phone bill every month if you paid more attention.
