Bday coming up !

It is my bday tomorrow, oh wait.. in 1 hour and 10 mins I mean. I'm turning 23. I think life goes so fast.. you know .. the song.. "I'm just a kid". I feel like that. I want to remain young. However, I'm starting to feel the effect.. of 3 years at Uni

If you want the respect of your "subordinates", you have first to stop thinking about them as subordinates, and rather see them as allies.

And keep in mind that there are two reasons to obey: fear and respect, and they are two VERY different things.

I tend to use fear too often. But I've become way more respectful now. I'd say it's 30% fear vs 70% respect now ;)
