What flavor ice cream and how are you making it?

World's simplest ice cream - a pint of double cream (I think that's heavy cream where you are?) beat it till it's thick, stir in a tin of condensed milk, freeze. I'd normally add some flavouring to it, but I'm just using it to sandwich 2 halves of a cake together so I didn't bother, today.
