Why fear doubt when there can be no certainty?

I've made a realization about my life and it bothers me. I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know what I'm doing or why, I don't know where I'm going. Sometimes I have certain beliefs and sometimes I doubt them. I develope passions and then later count them as useless. I don't know if my life needs more direction or if I just need more
