How much of JJ Abrams' bitch am I? I'm in DC for business and I found out that my favorite singer (Jill Scott) is in concert here tonight. I was totally about to buy tickets until I remembered Lost and Alias were on. I couldn't bear to wait until Friday to watch them, so I passed up the opportunity to go to the concert. Curses, JJ! Still, it

WOO for the S/V-ness of it all! Although we didn't get any "I love you"s (I think Syd was a bit incoherent for that) we got the cute phone convo at the beginning, worried!Vaughn, and then the end scene. Awwww *sniffle* I'm SO glad they showed that. I thought Syd was just going to mention the train station to torture us and then we didn't get to see it.
And that wig was God awful. Sheesh.

I was afraid of that too, especially since it was already 9:59. I momentarily forgot about the way ABC is screwing with the starting and ending times of the episodes.

Also, it occurred to me that Marshall is the only one of the Appleseed Gang who is married. What a sad bunch this group is.
Hee! Well, no one else has interaction with anyone outside of APO, except for Dixon with his kids. They're quite the incestuous bunch.
I've been wondering the same thing about Syd's wigs. The one tonight was at least somewhat better than last week's, but nowhere near her fabulous S1 wigs. I agree, though, she looked really good at the Berlin club.
I was ready for a huge rant if we didn't get a S/V scene at the end, so I'm still giddy about that very sweet, borderline cheesy, scene. It's about time we've had one, though.
At this point, they've waited soooo long to give us a real, non-dream, present tense, to each other "I love you", I'm wondering if they're waiting for some huge epic moment, a la the "Phase One" kiss. Come on, already!

Seriously. He almost made me cry when he was saying, "I've done everything you've asked me to do." He's such a great actor.

Hee! So, so true! Somehow I don't see Jack as a spork lover though. It's just not terribly Jack like! Both Victor & Michael were wonderful tonight, both showing emotions they don't normally.
And as I mentioned it to ITA on the wig. I really like that wacky one from the vampire or whatever the hell that bar was supposed to be. But last week, though had some brown hair creeped out it might have helped, and this one, those were a horror show.

Because I never let an opportunity to talk about Ben's back hair slide. *g*
You're right about the Appleseed Gang. Vaughn has Syd again, and Dixon looks like he might be gettin' it awwwwn with Director Chase, but Sloane and Jack totally need to find some women, preferably ones not named Dr. Barnett.

Hee. And for "The eye is useless. Abandon the eye." I could not stop laughing.
"Have a safe trip." Yeah, okay, but, but . . . can the writers throw us long-suffering shippers a bone and toss in just one "I love you"?! And for all Sydney and Vaughn knew, that could've been their last conversation, and still nothing. Jeebus.
I know! I mean, I don't want to complain, since this episode had lots of shippy goodness, but really, was it too much to ask for them to say I love you? Also, I would've liked to have seen Jack's face when Vaughn said that. Or hell, Jack should have said he loved her, too - that's his little girl six feet under!
