Lorraine and I are beginning to write our own cookbook. I'm sure first thoughts would be vegan or cookies but no. We are writing a cookbook about Tang. Cooking with Tang:Delicious and Fun Recipes with Tang. So far the recipes will include several popular recipes. For you asian food fans out there we have Orange Tang Chicken, Tang Foo Yong, Tang Low ( Read more... )

That reminds me. I don't think I've told you my tang/guinea pig story. I went to PetCo for some cat food, and I was looking around for guinea pig food and supplements since Beckah had just gotten her guinea pig. The most common food out there for Guinea Pigs are the pellets made out of alfalfa hay. This isn't the best choice, since it's too high in protein and fat, and doesn't have nearly as much fiber as a guinea pig needs. Instead, they should be given pellets made from grass or timothy hay, but for some reason the majority of the food made for them is unhealthy. Typical ( ... )

That gives me an idea kenya_kat January 26 2004, 22:46:13 UTC
Maybe we could do a cookbook for animals that involves Tang. I'll pass the idea by Lorraine and see what she thinks;).

On a serious note. That is fucking scary! It goes to show that maybe people need to apply for a license to have pets.

I prefer "Ting tong tang: Orange powder cooking, at its best" for the title.

Also, the tang and grape juice should become tape juice or maybe grang juice, i dunno.

Mexican foods, enchiladas con tang, salsa tang, and tanghole(ays)s frijole(ays)s (make sure to add the accents for me, kind of dumb on the keys).

Appetizers, tossed tang salad, hot and sour tang (this is soup), texas tang toast.

Christmas, tang nog, tangerbread

Desserts, Sherbet tang, tiramitang (tiramisu), special brownie tang

Finally, all spicy tang dishes should have a pepper next to them, with it saying at the bottom... "This is some spicy tang"

Hell-O it's me wolfey :P. I work in a lab type area that's a school for vet techs and yep we give our guine pigs tang... once in a while we do have a vitamin c suppliment that we put in their water, but Tang has a really high sugar level which can cause them to get kidney stones so it's not good to use all the time.
How bout Jungle-Jucie with tang, yum yum instead of mountain dew. oh oh oh how bout Tang-cicles :D.

Nice! About the Tang-cicles I mean. I still think is a bit silly to feed animals Tang. Peope feed their babies Tang (which is so worse!). What is the world coming to? Oh shit! Where'd my Tang go?
