Interesting little story. A negative daughter... has been for some time? I wonder why...

I couldn't get the picture up, which may have cleared up my questionings.
But I am most curious as to why, and what about.... and obviously brother had tried often before, with the same result.

Mmmmmm thinks.....

Ah, I fixed the link, sorry about that. Although I must have been in a cryptic mood, because I am not sure if the pic helps! But you are very sweet to read through my ramblings (I have had such terrible writers block, ugh!)

as always, I find your stories so intriguing - like trying to eat just one chip . . . you always want more . . .

how have you been?

You always leave the nicest comments! Thank you!

I'm doing okay. I just had an EMG on both my hands, and I am going to have surgery to fix a problem with the tendons. That's about all I can report on my end! I was JUST reading your entry and I was about to leave a message when I got a little *ding* notification that I had this comment, but I was fascinated/horrified by the story you told about the child in the road. What on earth were the parents thinking?? It's so good that you were there to help! You were the hero of the hour!!

I don't feel like any kind of a hero, but I guess it was a defining moment - a kind of 'what kind of person am I?' I just knew that I couldn't live with myself if I didn't DO something.

I don't know if they're on drugs or what, but both of them just leaving the kids alone? That house is not fit for a dog to live in . . . it's just a bad situation.

Good luck with your hands, hon, that doesn't sound good at all. One hand or both need surgery? How serious I it, and will you still be able to do all the necessary things? *hugs*
