From obleighvious, who just has the best links!:

The Republic of Belarus in Europe isn't a very large country, but they take pride in the performance of their military. In this video, you see some incredible synchronization from these military men and women during a parade.http://www.wimp.com/

At the beginning I was all "eh, they're OK" but by the end it just blew my mind. :)

I showed Sander and all the kids and no one seemed that impressed. Thomas was mostly bothered by the sound of the snare. I thought it was amazing. Especially because it was Belarus, which I don't credit with anything except being one of the places that used to be part of the USSR but broke off like a wayward iceberg. Isn't that where that money on your fridge is from?

It is! And basically I think of Belarus in terms of Belarusian, which I don't like 'cause they transliterate some of their letters differently than Russian so it always takes me a minute to catch up. So I'm all "Boo, Belarus!" but for this I'm like "OK, you guys aren't so bad after all."

I can see how that sort of drill could confuse any potential enemy on the battlefield?
