Oh, now I have to admit that I don't know! Sometimes these characters just sort of write themselves. I had a sort of an idea about what I thought was happening, but he veered off out of my control. I must be stricter with them in the future! I'm going to put on my serious face so they can't run away with the story, then perhaps they will listen, like so: >:-(

But... but ... your storylines fit together so much better! I want characters that write themselves better! I am jealous! *pouts*

I can empathise with the character. I tried to find a post box the other day and it is nigh unto impossible. And I love the use of letters as a way of advancing a plot. I know it was common at one point, but it seems to have died off. Email just does not have the same feel.

One thing I have noticed, and applaud, is that many of your stories of late seem intent on poking at our own imaginations to fill in the blanks. If not done well it could lead to stories that are easily forgotten. Yours, on the other hand are well written. Which means they stay with us as the day goes on.
