So the other day, I posted on my Last.fm journal about trying out the new lyrics lookup service provided by Yahoo. Seemed to be pretty good, with the only big problem being that the lyrics were only provided in an image (jpeg) format.

So I tried OCR-ing the images using different programs. I tried using GOCR, Tesseract, and ABBYY FineReader... ( first go )

More than 40% of Americans claim to attend church or synagogue regularly, and only about 15% say they never attend. Easter is one of two times a year, along with Christmas, when pews are filled to capacity in many churches, bringing to mind the question: Just why do Americans attend church?
