He's giving her a tool kit and an instruction manual for how to repair and improve her own weapons under the (perhaps mistaken) idea that if she is able to build her own shit she will understand what it can do better and not terrify the universe with it.

SO PROBABLY NOT BUT IT'S A LOT MORE PRACTICAL. AND. TERRIFYING.

Also Julian gave Terezi a card because I assume they still talk. It's handwritten but with red ink and basically pays her out about how she is going to lick the shit out of it.

Julian gave her a handwritten card and like girly bath products and nail polish. He even checked to make sure it wouldn't react with her skin and do interesting things.

Ronan gave Cessily a teddy bear. The note that comes with it suggests that it does things to help her feel better but it's pretty much only when she hugs it when she's sad that she'll find out what it actually does: there's a wizardry on there to help her feel better if she wants to. It is, also, a very cute teddy bear. He thought about making her something with science but figured that Cessily is badass enough already.

Desmond gets a card slipped into his room with a reasonably neutral bro message about merry christmas and a happy new year.

It is to be noted though that it's a handwritten card and that shit is hard when you have robo hands you're still learning how to use. There were like seven to ten attempts before he was happy with his handwriting in the card. THIS CARD TOOK AN HOUR TO WRITE.

He composed something for her, before realising that he doesn't know if she can read music. but figured that if she can't, he can play it for her. It's a deceptively gentle piece with a really intricate bass line because Elliot is pretty aware that Robin has a backbone on her.

I wish I could say that Ronan spent hours crafting turian food so that Garrus could eat proper food for Christmas.

But no, he made him a better sniper rifle and scope. and by better I mean "Oh dear god Ronan you really need to stop making more powerful weapons because this is getting a bit weird".
