Major's an ally of the Millefore now. Is this filtered from them? (there alliance is, I think, unknown for now). And would you mind if Major passes all the information not filtered from Millennium to them? It's what he'd do, but I loathe to do it without permission.

If it's been covertly, Lal doesn't know about it, because while she tries to keep surveillance on them, she's only one woman, ya know? So if their allience has been kept on the down low, then she doesn't know, so he can read it, and you're free to use it.
