maybe i shoudl also call myself as 'used to be sda', but you know... i dont have the guts to openly defy it.. even though i dont believe,, in it as an 'acceptable doctrine',
love to know more about how u used to be an sda, and your transition
I was born and raised SDA. I went to SDA schools until the middle of my 11th grade year...which I transferred to a public high school. My mind was always questioning...anyway...
I graduated from high school and moved to England to study at Newbold College for a year. I was questioning it even more. I just felt I didn't belong and it wasn't me.
I took a Physical Anthropology class and started a classed called Ancient Cultures of the Near East last semester...and it really opened me up to other religions and other ideas.
I came up with the following conclusion:
What makes one religion right, and one religion wrong? The answer? Nothing
