And if you know, what would you have been if you'd been a boy?

why didn't you use your boy name from Emma w/ Ian?

We just didn't like it as much as we did before. Plus, I knew a few people who had named their kids Noah. Plus, I think Ian sounds better with Emma.

If we have another girl someday, her name will probably not be Madelyn. I like the name a lot, but at this point I guess I would stick with their names starting with a vowel like Eva, Ava or Ellen (Ellie). If we have a boy we would probably use Ethan or Eli.

We didn't like the other boy name we had for Preston anymore either. Funny how tastes change.
