Fantastic job with this! I found the summary so intriguing but wasn't really sure what to expect, and I'm so glad I read it. I loved all the various settings you have the boys going through; it really helped highlight the horrifying state of the world by having them spend time with survivors in that unsettling regime, and also on their own facing zombies and leviathans (and all the downtime, trapped in their own heads!) The altered reproductive situation in this world was also really fascinating and added a totally new layer of horror to what fertiles in general and Sam in particular were facing. Sam's reaction to his impregnation was completely understandable and while sad, I love that you didn't shy away from the body-horror aspect of someone who never thought they could become pregnant having a "parasite" growing inside them. Plus it really amped up the protective!Dean, and I especially loved the scenes where Dean tries to convince Sam to at least try loving their baby, and that whatever happened they'd deal with it together. ♥

aww, thank you SO much! i'm really happy my twist on fertiles worked for you...i was afraid i wasn't providing enough detail! and it was really important to me to have sam react in a realistic way to finding out he could get pregnant, so again, i'm really happy that resonated as well :D
