I know that spring in Alaska is called Breakup because all the ice breaks up and melts and it's an ocean of mud.  But I didn't realize today the "breaking up" part is a physical thing!!!  When you drive through a parking lot or down a street that isn't that well-traveled, your car bumps up and down and up and down and SPLASH SPLASH happens, because
