So the Cannes Film Festival wrapped up a few days ago, and I considered doing a worst-dressed post and a best dressed post. But as I went through red carpet photos, I so fell in love with every look that Chinese actress Fan Bingbing wore that I made this post entirely for her and her exquisite red carpet selections.
