Oh God, yes. And anything that breaks up the monotony has got to be good, right? Well, except perhaps for nuclear war. While not monotonous, it would also not be very good.

I read a bumper sticker that said that once. "If it feels good, do it". I later learned that this was the main tenant of Hedonism. Go hedonism!
