The roster for christmas just went up, and it turns out i'm working till midnight on the Thursday, and all day(8-6) on the Saturday (christmas eve). I'm also working most of the extended-trading-hour shifts: 6pm - 10pm Mon-Wed. The word around is that those late shifts are actually still pretty busy, even till midnight

Hmm. I don't suppose you've seen Serenity yet, btw?

If not, is there a good time/date (which I imagine would be something other than Christmas Eve!) for you?

Hrm, actually, i've checked the websites of Greater Union, Hoyts, Village and Reading Cinemas... and it seems Serenity isn't screening anywhere anymore! :-/ It has been out for quite some time now, so it's not entirely unexpected.

But, the Australian DVD is set for release Feb 8.
