What does Mr Man do? He does need to sit down with his boss and talk about maybe getting some more help in with the day to day activities so he can take a breather. Maybe you should have him practice his speach with you so then you can say "no that's wimpy" or "no that's too much like bitching" then he will be confident to go to his boss & ask for help :)
