How are the kids on Glee not failing out of school? Because from what I've seen they spend something like 0% of their time in class or studying. And it seems like the entire Glee club is basically hugely disruptive to the rest of the school. Not that music isn't great and all but study harder fictional twenty-somethings kids!

Okay, back to your ( Read more... )

So you ARE watching Glee? Before, you had said you didn't like it. Do you still not like it much? Well, I think like with any TV show, you have to suspend your belief when it comes to realism -- like I remember watching 90210 back in the day (yes, yes . . . I know . . . ;) ) and those kids were never in class it seemed. They were always in between classes, having dysfunctional relationships.

I'm really behind on all my TV shows including Glee. The last Glee ep I saw was the Katy Perry episode.

*uses Glee icon just for you!*

Patricia was watching, I just caught some of it. Ahh, 90210 with the same twentysomething highschoolers that Glee has. Never change, tv.

People were doing that when the school put on Grease. It was months and months of hearing Grease songs. Waaaaay too many times. Grease, it is the word.

Hahaha, THIS is what you see unbelievable about Glee?!?!

I think the show (like all shows) focus on the Glee Club and your to assume the rest of the day exists as well. Just like we don't see Mr. Shue actually teaching but we assume he's more than just the Glee coach. Just like a lot of shows only focus on what their particular bent is.

I used to watch the show pretty religiously, but when the little guy stopped watching, I did to. :(( It was our thing.

See, I think there really is no other class or teaching time. Their entire world revolves around glee. And when they realize that in the real world very few people can make it in music their dreams will be crushed. Crushed!

I saw one episode because my sister watches it. They don't go to other classes besides choir. Somehow I didn't even notice.

I've only seen it because Patricia was watching it for awhile.
