My new ATM card arrived today so I cut the old one into small pieces, and threw the pieces in three different trash cans in three different locations in the city (my office, at the bus stop, and outside a restaurant

Somewhere between a and b. I cut my stuff up and put it in the trash bag full of cat litter thought so I have a pretty easy method of ensuring no one's going to be putting those pieces together.
