vacation flew by but i got a lot accomplished. recording was awesome. it came out great. 2 shows. we rocked out. went to thursday/piebald/fairweather show tonight. it rocked. landon is the man. i think im an insomniac. for real. and its making me feel wierd. like kind of a depressed feeling. but im not gonna put that label on me cause i believe

Have sex and releive some tension, it will make you fall asleep like a baby. And yes this is Mama Goat, like I said today Monkeys have wild sex, and although you are a goat, you can still fuck like the rest of them. Oh god, I am going to bed, I think I had to much crack today. No point intended.

I'm an insomniac, too: medically diagnosed and everything (I rock). Oddly enough, what helps me is to write lyrics or poems in my head while I'm waiting to sleep. Most people say that keeps them up even more, but not me. I s'pose there's always warm milk (ewww).
