An Emerson student was killed during the riots after the Sox victory. She wasn't doing anything, but a person near her threw a glass bottle at a mounted cop. Shots of pepperspray pellets were fired in the vicinity of where the bottle was thrown, many were hit, but she was struck in the eye, killing her

i'm not surprised by that, but i'm not happy about it either. it's ridiculous that Sox fans think it's cool to tear up Boston and throw shit at cops, killing people in the process. stupid.

i am a Sox fan, but you know i would never go around doing something like that. the extent of my celebration of the win was running in the halls screaming. tis all.
