Wow - so our landlord called today cause our lease is up next month. He asked what we were doing for the next year and then he said that if we signed another year lease, he would cut our rent IN HALF!! So instead of paying $1200, we are paying $600 between the three of us. $200 dollars each. thats a lot of money to save every month. I wasn't sure

He said if we moved he would have to fix up the house again (not there there is anything really wrong with it). He would have to get painters in there, etc. and he didn't want to do it. So yay for us!
