Aaw, I can somewhat relate. I liked H/D when I was younger, but returning now was a similar experience.

The story and the poem were so fun and sweet. Gosh, that put a smile on my face. And I haven't read the fic, so you accidentally recced me something too. :D

There was no doubt which scene I would pay homage to but I had to re-read it just to make sure. I just love it so.

I'm usually partial to haiku but it just didn't seem enough. So 3rd grade rhyming schemes for the win!
