You can always skip the EULA and go right to the download?

Maybe the EULA is actually part of the installer; I dunno. No windows here.

That's what it says. Google basically just cut and pasted the EULA from other Google services...

...Like Google Docs, so uh, don't use Google Docs.

However, they now say that they made a mistake and are changing the Chrome EULA. Probably not the Google Docs on though. :)

Not as such. It remains your property, but Google is granted a perpetual, unlimited, and irrevocable license to use anything you publish via Chrome.
