No, thank you! That means a lot (particularly since I'm the one juggling three different novels right now while you have a more than decent manuscript of one). I like the books (Twilight is the first one), even though they have their faults.

I should warn you that Carlisle is pretty much a minor character in the actual series, though, since it centres around the characters of Edward and Bella and their romance (Edward will be showing up eventually in this). This entire fic centres on the backstories of the minor characters, really, as that's what interests me. I don't really want to imagine a what-if? scenario concerning Edward and Bella since the author will be dealing with that herself (and it's what 99% of the fics out there deal with, too XD).
