I keep telling people I'm not the Encyclopedia Galactica, and they keep not listening.

I have a funny idea. If I were the sort of person who is good at actually following up on funny ideas, I might actually do this, but since I'm not, hopefully it will do more to improve the world for me to just tell you about it than to just forget about it. So, imagine, the next time we meet, that I present you with a T shirt inscribed with the words "Don't Panic" in large, friendly letters.

Just so that it's clear that you are, in fact, not the Encyclopedia Galactica.

Aside from not keeping kosher, there isn't very much difference ;-)

Harvest vegetable stews are always good (and there always seems to be at least one vegetarian, or even vegan, in any random selection of pagans). And Thanksgiving, of course, was a belated harvest celebration, so most of the traditional Thanksgiving foods are appropriate - especially pumpkin pie for dessert ;-D
