So, when you wake up pissed, how do you make yourself crawl out of the bed to actually GO and swim, rather than roll over and hide back under the covers?
i've programmed myself to feel guilty-extremely guilty-if i dont go. i'll end up beating myself up all day if i don't go. the only time i get a break is during periods if i feel like shit and i usually don't bike the morning after hashes b/c we just bike 12-20 miles all day before.
