Yeah any one of us could run into a parked car on a highway that was mostly empty probably (it was around midnight).
Well I guess that's not fair. It was pretty dark, although then again that might not be much of a problem unless he wasn't driving with his brights on which is what you do in any situation dark enough to not see a car.
I dunno this could go both ways. On the one hand, it'd be hard to see a dark car at midnight. But then, again, it'd only be hard if he wasn't using his brights if it was so dark he couldn't see cars otherwise.
I can't decide if this was really an unavoidable cruel twist of fate or Darwin's Law in effect...
