Uhg...went skiing today and I didn't bother putting sunscreen on the lower half of my face....now I've got a rather ugly and odd sunburn. ._. Stupid stuff like this always seems to happen before a con. =x

Once I went tanning a week before a con for costume purposes and burnt my entire body. (First time tanning, yup. The things we do for costumes!) It actually worked out okay because the red faded by con time and didn't start peeling until after, but I was still in pain for several days and itchy for several more.

I'm sure yours will fade a lot in a week and there's always make-up...at least it's only your face!

Yeah, my dad was really pushing for us to go skiing, so I finally headed down to Calgary to visit him.
