if you have a dell, on the screen during boot up when its black and has the big blue "Dell" logo, you can hit CTRL + F11 and it will let you reset your computer to factory settings. it worked for mine when i got a really bad trojan virus...

But does that delete all the other stuff on my computer, like my word documents and stuff?

Yes, sadly, it deletes everything on your computer that wasnt on it when it first arrrived. any programs or files that youve added since first booting up the computer will be lost. but with dell customer service, theyll charge you to fix a virus but they wont for bascially anything else. also, have you tried searching for the virus on the internet? there are some sites out there with people who have had the same problem adn fixed it...
