my sister and brother-in-law are getting a divorce. i figured it'd happen. heck, i won the bet me and mom placed. She said a year. i said a year and half to two years... it's been a year and a half... goll. i was HAPPY about it because that meant i wouldn't have to see my brother-in-law anymore

I'm so sorry. I can't imagine what you must feel like right now, but if there's anything I can do -- name it. I wish I could do more for you, or be there to help out.

I can see why you want to disassociate with her ... Is that even a word? ... Anyway, if you need a place to run away to, there's a spare bedroom in my house for the next 9 months, and I don't think anyone here would mind.

I can understand all of your sentiments, what your sister has done is a horrible thing. Forgiveness and understanding is usually my thing, but for her, I don't feel compelled to be either of those things.

I need to get to class -- hopefully I'll talk to you tonight.

i don't know if I was right to completely dissasociate from her. but i just have no desire to be near her or see her. and from what i heard, she's so cold towards everyone. she doens't even want to look at her daughter. so I guess i just don't want to look at her.
