I need expertise!

Hey girls! Do any of you local Seattle girls have a dermatologist that you love? I need to see someone about sun damage and to have a couple moles looked at. I also need to start thinking about good skincare now that I'm friggin 30.

I like mine... she's a little hard to get into, but I like her. And she will remove stuff for you and work it so your insurance deals with it. :)

Her name is Carla Bauman and she's in Bellevue near Overlake.

Ironically I saw Carla Bauman a few years ago for a random skin issue, she's very quick and to the point (which isn't always a bad thing). Unfortunately it took her two visits (4 weeks in between) to diagnose it (while I had freaking red scaly patches all over) but it did clear up quickly.

Ironically I went to a walk in clinic 9 months later for a similar problem (though different symptoms) and they diagnosed it within 15 minutes and I was clear 4 days later. So the jury is still out for me...I bet she'd be great for just general skincare and moles.

My OB recommended one to me...I believe her name is Laurin Likowsky...I haven't seen her yet, but thought I'd pass her name along since it came highly recommended to me.
